I work with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, stress reduction, deficits in social skills, and parent training techniques. I use creative forms of therapy and tailor treatment to individual preferences. My personal research examines marital satisfaction, stress levels, and coping strategies for parents raising children with autism, and this continues to be an area of interest for me. Therefore, my practice also focuses on psychotherapy with children and families dealing with the diagnosis, treatment, and life changes that occur when raising children with autism.
